Endlesham Search is specialist executive search firm providing targeted recruitment in the financial services sector.

Challenge
As a fledgling business our client needed a visual identity and marketing materials to launch their company and so create a stand-out brand in a very crowded marketplace. It was important to develop a look and feel that not only reflected our client's personality and approach, but also would deliver in the financial services sector.

Solution
As with all our projects, the solution started with a detailed client briefing, so enabling our design team to fully understand the exact requirements and define the key characteristics that the brand should convey.

The identity created is based on networking and connection, with the four individual icons symbolising the careful selection of the highest calibre of candidates, while the positioning of the elements forms a strong network.

Result
With the new brand and a suite of marketing collateral in place, Endlesham successfully launched in late 2007 and has already successfully placed a number of candidates across the City.
