GPT Halverton

GPT Halverton is a fund and asset management company with total assets under management of $2.3 billion, offering investors access to the European real estate markets. After a short credentials pitch process, Living Designs was appointed to work on their marketing literature.

Challenge
Our challenge was to produce a corporate brochure for the EXPO Real conference in Munich. Primarily, the brochure was to be used as a high quality 'leave behind' - to raise awareness about the company across Europe by demonstrating the depth and capability of their team's expertise.

Solution
Working within the confines of strong brand guidelines, we created a clean modern look through overlapping colour imagery, transparencies of the branding bar and extensive white space - reflecting the personality and individuality of the company. The final publication was printed on recycled paper stock to reiterate the strong corporate social responsibility of the organisation.

Result
This brochure was well received at the event and by clients across Europe, helping to raise the company profile to a new level. As a result, an updated corporate brochure has since been commissioned and we are continuing to support GPT Halverton with a range of different marketing activities.
